Important Dates

Homework Club for all Calero Students:  Tuesdays,  A-109, Dr. Tatro, 3:45p.m. to 5:00p.m.  Thursdays,  B-109, Mr. Resendez, 3:45p.m. to 5:00p.m.


After School Leadership Class meets Mondays and Wednesdays. The class objectives are leadership skills, life skills, manners and meal preparation! Time:  3:45p.m. to 4:45p.m.  Location:  B - 107.


Saturday School for students December 9, 2017, 9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. in Dr. Tatro's room.  


Calero Fundraiser at MOD Pizza, Tuesday, December 5, 2017.  MOD will donate 20% of proceeds to Calero students!  See news below for more information and required flyer.


Last day of the 1st semester is Friday, December 22, 2017.  Second semester will start Monday, January 8, 2018.


Academic Celebration, Saturday, February 3, 2018.  All students who achieved a 3.0 GPA will be recognized!  Event starts at 10:00a.m.

Attention all high school juniors! Interested in a life-changing opportunity? Genesys Works-Bay Area (GWBA) provides students PAID INTERNSHIPS during their senior year of high school at companies such as AT&T, StubHub, ServiceNow, Salesforce and many other businesses. GWBA is now recruiting students for the 2018-2019 school year! During summer, students go through professional and IT training while experiencing once-in-a-lifetime learning opportunities.

Wow, over half of our students earned a 3.0 GPA or better during the 1st semester.  We will celebrate on Saturday, February 3, at 10:00a.m.  More information come soon!

Calero will be doing the Hour of Code, Tuesday Dec 5th during advisory.  Please click on the button below and try any of the activities. Link your completion of the activity, pictures and/or videos of you coding to social media to get a chance to have a conference call with a celebrity!  Calero Exploring Computer Science course recommends the new Minecraft activity or if you are up for the challenge try AppLab, where you can make your own working app!

We Want to Hear From You

The State is an unreliable funding partner in providing quality education to our students. To protect the quality of education ESUHSD Board of Trustees is considering a $49-$79 local school parcel tax measure for the June ballot. All money raised would continue to stay here in our local community and could not be taken away by the State.


As we evaluate the needs of our schools and develop a plan for protecting quality education, we would like our community's input on educational priorities. Please lets know your most urgent concerns by completing the below survey.
